## Symptoms

- * API requests sent from the Check Point Portal return a successful response with no usage data.
  Example:
  `{"success": true, "res": []}`
* The behavior occurs when the API request is executed from the Portal.

## Cause

This behavior is observed in the Check Point Portal when tenant usage data is not returned by the backend reporting service.

Because the reporting service runs in the cloud, the issue cannot be resolved from the customer side.
