# sk184963 - Identity Collector GUI displays an incorrect certificate fingerprint for the security gateways

## Symptoms

- The Identity Collector GUI displays different certificate fingerprints for various Security Gateways, despite their IPsec VPN certificates being issued by the same ICA.

## Cause

There is an issue with how the Identity Collector GUI shows the certificate fingerprints. There are no connectivity or encryption issues.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  

For faster resolution and verification, collect these files:  

The log bundle from the Identity Collector server involved in the case, which is generated by using the "Identity Collector GUI -\> Settings -\> Debugging -\> Collect Current Logs" button.
