## Symptoms

- * Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator installation on Security Gateways with enabled MDPS may fail with a verification error "*Installation is not allowed*".
* Installation of the Jumbo HFA my start but fails with "*Configuration of an internal infrastructure failed. Contact Check Point Technical Services for further assistance.*"
* The log file "*/opt/CPInstlog/install_CPUpdates_BUNDLE_R82_10_JUMBO_HF_MAIN.log\** " contain Python errors like "*redis.exceptions.ConnectionError: Error 111 connecting to localhost:6381. Connection refused.* " or "*ConnectionRefusedError: \[Errno 111\] Connection refused*".

## Cause

When MDPS is enabled, required internal processes may not be configured correctly, which prevents the installation from completing successfully.
