# sk184944 - Network Feed Objects do not update automatically after an upgrade

## Symptoms

- * Network feeds objects do not update regularly on the affected Security Gateway after an upgrade to R82.

* The CPD scheduler does not show the expected External Feed Object (EFO) update task. When you run on the Security Gateway in Expert mode:

  `[Expert]# cpd_sched_config print | grep efo_update`  

  If the issue occurs, the command output does not show the expected task.

## Cause

In some upgrade scenarios, the scheduler entries that handle network feed updates are not re-created automatically after policy installation. As a result, the affected Security Gateway does not update the network feed object as expected.
