| Versions | R82.10, R82 |

## Symptoms

- * When a HTTPS client sends an HTTPS POST request with uploaded content larger than approximately 10 KB, the HTTPS Server does not return a response.
* This issue occurs when HTTPS Inbound Inspection is enabled and protects the destination HTTPS Server.

## Cause

A TLS processing condition affects how encrypted traffic buffers are handled during HTTPS Inbound Inspection. Under specific traffic patterns, an internal buffer offset inconsistency during traffic handling. When this occurs, the connection may not complete successfully for HTTPS POST requests with larger payloads.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

* [Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R82](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R82/Default.htm) starting from Take 126

If you choose not to upgrade, Check Point can supply a **Hotfix** . [Contact Check Point Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) to get a Hotfix for this issue.
A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
