## Symptoms

- After installing Browser Security with Workforce AI (WFAI), the browser extension is automatically disabled or removed on Windows endpoints.

## Cause

Endpoint Security (formerly Harmony Endpoint) manages browser extensions through its policy framework.

When Browser Security with Workforce AI installs its browser extension, Endpoint Security recognizes the extension ID and enforces its own policy. As a result, Endpoint Security removes or disables the extension.
