# sk184910 - Installing Identity Agent with Packet Tagging results in BSOD with error "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR"

## Symptoms

- * Installing Identity Agent with Packet Tagging enabled results in BSOD (Blue-Screen of Death) with error: `"WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR"`.

* Installing Identity Agent without Packet Tagging completes successfully.

## Cause

During installation with Packet Tagging enabled, the Identity Agent installer restarts the network interfaces.

On some Intel-based computer models, this restart of the network interfaces triggers a firmware-related behavior that results in a BSOD with the error `WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR`.
