# sk184858 - Gaia API Error When Enabling lowDiskSpace SNMP Trap on Security Gateways

## Symptoms

- * Enabling the pre-defined SNMP trap `lowDiskSpace` using Gaia API fails with the following error:

  "errors": "lowDiskSpace is not a json parameter for the request/response",`  
  `
  "message": "Validation Error"`  
  `
  }`
* Enabling other pre-defined SNMP traps, including `lowDiskSpaceAllPartitions`, run successfully.

## Cause

In the affected Gaia API builds, the parameter validation logic does not recognize the predefined SNMP trap name `lowDiskSpace` as a valid JSON parameter.
