## Symptoms

- * When you import a local Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator (JHF) using the CLI on the Security Gateway or Management Server, the operation fails with error:

`"Quitting interactive mode due to time-out."`

* If you retry the same import a few minutes later, the operation succeeds.

* The failure occurs immediately after a reboot or a major upgrade.

## Cause

After the reboot or upgrade, the Deployment Agent (the CPUSE installation component that finalizes post-upgrade tasks) is still completing internal operations.
During this period, the Deployment Agent cannot accept new installation or import requests.
If you start a JHF import before DA finishes, the session times out and returns the timeout message.
