# sk184756 - Pre-upgrade verifier fails with "Invalid condition with the SIC names"

## Symptoms

- When you run the Pre-Upgrade Verifier on the Security Management Server, the check stops with the following error:

Verifying whether SIC names are valid In case a SIC name change is required, see sk174384 or sk161192 for further details. Invalid condition with the SIC names: In (): The SIC Name is missing CN part: 
```

## Cause

A duplicate CPNetwork object exists in the Management database.  
One of the objects contains incomplete SIC fields (the CN part of the SIC name is missing), which triggers the PUV validation error.
