## Symptoms

- Scheduled report is not delivered to the configured recipients, even though the protected asset receives traffic.

## Cause

This behavior can occur when the scheduled report configuration is incorrect.

## Solution

1. Verify the [configuration](https://waf-doc.inext.checkpoint.com/setup-instructions/setup-report-triggers) and if possible add an additional email to the list of recipients for testing purposes,
2. Verify that the report is not landing in a junk/spam folder
3. [Contact Technical Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) with the following information
   * Tenant ID
   * WAF Deployment Type
     * WAF SaaS
     * WAF with Agent deployed
   * Profile Name / Asset Name / URL
   * Profile Region (for SaaS deployments)
   * Infinity Portal Data Residency
   * Screenshots of Events confirming that traffic is being received
   * Screenshot of the Report Trigger configuration
   * Last Received Report (if available)
   * Is this a newly configured report trigger or was this working previously?
