## Symptoms

- * IOC (Indicator of Compromise) feeds are not enforced or published automatically.
* Updates are only applied after manually running: `ioc_feeder -d -f`

## Cause

The IOC update scheduler did not trigger new update events because the CPD process was not processing update tasks. As a result, IOC feed enforcement did not occur.
