# sk184685 - Packet Loss on Sync Network When Using Cisco ACI in Maestro Dual Site Deployment

## Symptoms

- * In a Maestro Dual Site deployment, packet loss occurs on the Sync network when the Sync VLANs are carried over a Cisco ACI infrastructure.

* Intermittent ping loss between the Gateways on the different sites (for example, between Gateway 1_01 and Gateway 2_01).

## Cause

When multiple site-sync VLANs are configured within the same Bridge Domain on Cisco ACI, MAC flapping may occur between the site-sync VLANs on the Cisco switch.
