# sk184683 - Web browsing is slow or frozen when using HTTP/HTTPS proxy after an upgrade

## Symptoms

- After upgrading a Security Gateway, when traffic passes through the Security Gateway acting as an explicit HTTP/HTTPS Proxy (port 8080), websites may load very slowly or only partially.

## Cause

A code limitation causes incorrect HTTP/HTTP2 header processing in the proxy, leading to slow, partial, or frozen website loading.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:
