# sk184682 - YouTube error "An error occurred. Please try again later" when using Security Gateway as an explicit HTTP/HTTPS Proxy

## Symptoms

- * When accessing youtube.com, the website loads normally (thumbnails, search, opening the video page).
* When playback begins, YouTube displays an error such as "*An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: ...)* " when client traffic is sent through a Security Gateway configured as an explicit HTTP/HTTPS Proxy (forward proxy).

## Cause

A code limitation in explicit proxy header processing introduced in:

* R82 Jumbo Hotfix accumulator Take 44
* R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix accumulator Take 119
* R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix accumulator Take 183

causes incorrect handling of HTTP/HTTPS headers (such as X-Forwarded-For). This breaks YouTube video streaming.
