# sk184629 - CPView displays aggregated logging rate of 0 at Multi-Domain Security Management Server level despite active logging on Multi-Domain Log Servers

## Symptoms

- * The CPView utility on the Multi-Domain Log Server at the Multi-Domain Security Management Server level displays an aggregated log rate of 0.
* All Multi-Domain Log Server processes are up and running.
* Restarting services on the Multi-Domain Log Server does not resolve the issue.

## Cause

The Secure Internal Communication (SIC) trust was not established between the Multi-Domain Security Management Server (MDS) and a Customer Log Module (CLM) on the problematic Multi-Domain Log Server.

The CPView process at the MDS level aggregates logging data from all CLMs. If SIC is not established with a CLM, the aggregation process fails silently. This results in a log rate of 0.
