# sk184569 - Maestro Hyperscale Orchestrator WebUI displays all ports as inactive after upgrading to R82 Take 44

## Symptoms

- After upgrading Maestro Hyperscale Orchestrators (MHOs) to R82 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator (JHF) Take 44:

* The WebUI displays all ports as inactive.
* The command `orch_stat -p` shows the correct port status.  
  Note - The `orch_stat -p` command shows port data on MHOs.

## Cause

A software condition in R82 JHF Take 44 causes the gaia_api service, which provides data to the WebUI, to stop refreshing port status information.

As a result, the WebUI incorrectly displays all ports as inactive, even though the underlying system state and CLI tools report the correct port status.
