## Solution

Quantum Spark appliances support SD cards of type **SDHC** and**SDXC** (up to 256GB).

In version R82.00.00 and higher, ext4 is supported as a default SD-card file system. In earlier versions, FAT32 is supported.

**SD Card Logging Feature:**

When you insert an SD card into a configured appliance, it mounts automatically and then local logs are saved to it.

Up to 80% of the SD card can be used to store Security Logs.

Before you eject an SD card, make sure to unmount it:

1. In the WebUI, go to the **Logs \& Monitoring** view \> **Logs** section \> **Security Logs** page.

2. Select **Actions** \> **Eject SD card safely**.
