# sk184490 - Harmony Mobile Event Logs Not Forwarded Correctly to SIEM in Production Environment

## Symptoms

- * The Security Event logs are visible in the Harmony Mobile dashboard. However, they were not forwarded to the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system (Cribl/Google SecOps Chronicle) in the production tenant.
* Connectivity tests confirmed that SIEM integration and network connectivity worked as expected.
* The Non-Production (NFR) environment continued to receive security event logs in Google SecOps Chronicle SIEM without issues.
* Observed a mix of events and missing expected logs in the production SIEM environment.

## Cause

The **Audit tag** and the **Event tag** (used for forwarding logs to the SIEM system) were set to same value in **Rsyslog** integration settings in the Harmony Mobile dashboard.

These identical values led to improper filtering in the SIEM platform (Google SecOps Chronicle). As a result, some events were missing or incorrectly grouped.
