# sk184474 - Issue installing CME, CML, CloudGuard Controller, and other AutoUpdater packages on R81.10 Management Server

## Symptoms

- * Unable to install Cloud Management Extension (CME), Cloud Management Logs (CML), CloudGuard Controller, and other AutoUpdater packages on R81.10 Management server.

* This error shows in the */opt/CPInstLog/Autoupdater.log* file:

  ```
  
  Problem with local certificate Error code: 10
  ...Abandoned file removed from the system
  ...Failed to download metadata package for component auto_updater
  ```

## Cause

The AutoUpdater component fails to validate its local certificate due to an internal certificate handling condition.

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:
