# sk184412 - Identity Collector stops sending identity events to Security Gateways

## Symptoms

- * The **Last Event Send Time** field in the Identity Collector GUI does not update.

* You cannot edit Identity collector objects. When you click **Cancel**, errors appear.


  `Failed deleting test Active Directory server`  

  `Failed deleting test gateway`
* No relevant Identity Collector errors appear in the Windows Event Viewer.

* More than 35 Active Directory servers have been configured.

## Cause

Identity Collector supports a maximum of 35 configured Active Directory servers.  
When the configuration exceeds this limit, the service continues running but cannot properly process or send identity events. As a result, configuration changes fail and event updates stop.
