# sk184401 - Unable to install Harmony Endpoint Agent on Linux  (Offline package)

## Symptoms

- When you install the offline package on a SLES endpoint, the installer attempts to access online SUSE repositories such as:

* https://scc.suse.com/access/services/...
* Basesystem_Module_15_SP2_x86_64
* Desktop_Applications_Module_15_SP2_x86_64
* SAP_Applications_Module_15_SP2_x86_64

You see repeated curl/connection timeout errors.

## Cause

This behavior occurs because the installation script attempts to install prerequisites before the offline repository is created.  
In an air?gapped environment, zypper attempts to use online repositories and fails.  
**Note**- This behavior is corrected in version 1.26.
