## Symptoms

- * OSPF adjacencies repeatedly disconnect on VSNext Cluster.

* OSPF neighbors receive Hello packets, but adjacency resets occur, causing routing instability.

* The routed log shows that we receive the interfaces later via task_ifaddr_change().
* Example log output in */var/log/messages* :

  ```
  [routed] ClusterXL: Missing virtual addresses for VLANs on bond'x'. Ports treated as non-clustered.
  [OSPF] Adjacency with neighbor reset. Reason: conflicting advertisements.
  ```

  <br />

* the output of the Clish `"show routed cluster-state"` command shows that both Cluster members appear in Master state.

## Cause

A Cluster issue in VSnext causes more than one member to become Master, resolting in OSPF instability.
