## Symptoms

- * When you query the OID tree `1.3.6.1.4.1.2620.1.48` on a Maestro Security Group running in Virtual Extension Mode (VSX Mode) with SNMP set to `vs-direct-access`, many expected OIDs return this message:

`No Such Instance currently exists at this OID.`

Note: The `vs-direct-access` mode allows SNMP queries to be sent directly to the IP address of a specific Virtual System (VS) or Virtual Router, not just to the main VS0.
* The query may return a zero (`0`) even though CPView shows a non-zero value for the same metric.

* The solution in [sk182941](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk182941) does not resolve the issue.

## Cause

The SNMP agent in VSX mode fails to correctly map OIDs under `vs-direct-access`.
