# sk184319 - Devices removed from UEM are not deleted from Harmony Mobile Admin Portal

## Symptoms

- * Mobile devices that were removed from the UEM are not deleted from the Harmony Mobile Administrator Portal.
* Audit Trail in the Harmony Mobile Portal shows the following log entry:  
  `"Percent removed: 25%, Threshold: 10%, UEM..."`

## Cause

The **Device deletion threshold** setting in the Harmony Mobile Admin Portal (**Integrations** \> **Synchronization** ) is set to a value lower than the actual percentage of devices that have been removed from the UEM.  
As a result, the system skips the deletion process to prevent accidental mass removal of devices from the Harmony Mobile Portal.
