# sk184300 - SmartView Tab in SmartConsole Displays Blank Data for Specific Users

## Symptoms

- * The **SmartView** tab in the SmartConsole does not display any data and appears blank.
* The issue persists even after verifying server-side configuration files.
* The **SmartView** tab works correctly when logging in with a different Windows user profile on the same client.
* The system does not display messages such as **Loading SmartView...**

## Cause

The issue occurs due to a corrupted or outdated local cache (CPMICache) in the SmartConsole client installation directory. This cache may become inconsistent because of insufficient disk space on the PC, or user-specific data corruption.
