# sk184287 - Log Exporter does not export logs when using "filter-blade-in" with "exportAllFields=false"

## Symptoms

- Log Exporter fails to export logs when configured with `"filter-blade-in"` to export logs for specific blades (e.g., Access Control, Threat Prevention, Anti-Virus, Threat Emulation) together with `"exportAllFields=false"` - to limit exported fields with a custom *"$EXPORTERDIR/targets/\<name\>/conf/fieldsMapping.xml"* file (for example including only time, action, and service_id).

## Cause

Product is working as expected. Log Exporter uses the *product* field to determine if a log matches the specified blade(s). If `exportAllFields=false` is set and the *product* field is not included in the *fieldsMapping.xml* file, no logs match the filter and none are exported.
