# sk184282 - Unable to enter Virtual System with "virtual-system-access all" configured

## Symptoms

- * Assigning "`virtual-system-access all`" to a role does not grant access to all Virtual Systems as expected.
* After configuring TACACS for non-local Gaia authentication, attempts to assign specific virtual system access to roles fail.
* Users cannot access virtual systems when Expert Mode is combined with Virtual System's specific permissions.

## Cause

The system fails to properly evaluate the "`all virtual systems`" permission during user authentication, resulting in no Virtual System access granted.

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

* Configure "`virtual-system-access`" with "*0* " as a specific virtual system and add all virtual systems to it: `add rba role <role> virtual-system-access 0,all`
