# sk184281 - Unable to Assign Expert Mode and Virtual System Access to TACP Roles for TACACS/RADIUS Users

## Symptoms

- * You cannot add specific Virtual Systems to a role for TACACS/RADIUS users on R82.
* The system displays the following error message:  
  `
  NMSRBA0429`  
  `
  The following features: expert, are restricted to global users only, and therefore cannot be added to roles with specific VS access.
  `
* Attempts to assign virtual-system-access to a role fail.
* Users assigned to the relevant role with specific VS access cannot enter Expert mode as they have no access to a virtual system.

## Cause

New security limitations introduced in R82 restrict the assignment of privileged features, such as Expert mode, to roles with specific Virtual System access.
