## Symptoms

- * The Multi-Domain Server becomes unresponsive approximately every 30 days when integrated with Verodin/Mandiant security validation API.

* SSH authentication is unresponsive for some time. After login, the prompt appears as:

  `bash-4.0#`
* A reboot or killing the `smartlog_server` process restores normal operation.

* The issue starts after integrating a third-party tool, Verodin/Mandiant Security Validation, which makes frequent API calls to the Multi-Domain Server to collect log data.

* The value of `m_AsynClientsMap.size` in `smartlog_server.elg` increases over time and does, indicating unreleased resources.

## Cause

The `smartlog_server` process locked the registry file.
