# sk184219 - CLI commands for ISP Redundancy Probing do not work in Spark Firewall versions R81.10.15 and higher

## Symptoms

- * The CLI commands '`show internet probe-state`' and '`show internet probe-stats`' do not work.

* The WebUI does not show monitoring results.

* The internet connection may show as unavailable even when it is up.

* The WebUI does not show lost internet connection if the Security Gateway is still reachable.

## Cause

The CLI commands '`show internet probe-state`' and '`show internet probe-stats`' are deprecated and no longer supported in Locally Managed environments.

ISP Redundancy probing is managed by SD-WAN starting from version R81.10.10. SD-WAN only shows the connection is down if the Security Gateway is unreachable. If the Security Gateway is reachable but there is no internet access, the connection is still considered up.
