## Symptoms

- * Dynamic Balancing on one of the cluster members automatically shuts down.
* The dsd.elg file shows logs:
  `ds_dmd_start_paired_wts_on_pcpu: Failed to find a stopped worker of dmd_0`
  `ds_dmd_start_paired_wts: ds_dmd_start_wt_on_pcpu failed`
* The `/var/log/messages` file shows:
  `[dsd PID]@Host[DATE TIME] recover_record_runtime_state: Recording runtime state`
  ` ds_prepare_load_info: Error bad CPU list size: 0. entity: SND`
  ` ds_single_cycle: Failure at ds_sample_loads. skipping round`
  ` ds_prepare_load_info: Error bad CPU list size: 0. entity: SND`
  ` ds_single_cycle: Failure at ds_sample_loads. skipping round`
  ` ds_prepare_load_info: Error bad CPU list size: 0. entity: SND`
  ` ds_single_cycle: Failure at ds_sample_loads. skipping round`
  ` ds_prepare_load_info: Error bad CPU list size: 0. entity: SND`
  ` ds_single_cycle: Failure at ds_sample_loads. skipping round`
  ` ds_prepare_load_info: Error bad CPU list size: 0. entity: SND`

## Cause

There were changes made by the DMD single core mode, which allows adding a worker thread on the same physical CPU core as the DMD mgr.
This mode has caused multiple issues with dynamic split.
