# sk184197 - Azure Data Center object validation warnings in SmartConsole

## Symptoms

- * SmartConsole displays validation warnings: "Object is inaccessible/deleted on Data Center."
* Numerous validation warnings appear simultaneously, then clear without user intervention.
* Testing the connection in Security Management Server shows "connected" despite scan errors.
* Manual restart of Cloud Management services temporarily clears warnings.

## Cause

The Security Management Server cannot properly handle a specific connection error when communicating with the Microsoft Azure Data Center.   

This caused an unhandled exception during the scanning and mapping process, resulting in the CloudGuard Controller incorrectly registering Azure objects as inaccessible or deleted.

## Solution

[Contact Check Point Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) to get a Hotfix for this issue.

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing it.  
For faster resolution and verification, collect these files:

1. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Management Server involved in the case.
2. [CPinfo](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92739) file from the Security Gateway / each Cluster Member / Security Group involved in the case.
