# sk184190 - "Fetch branches" button does not show "Branches in use"

## Symptoms

- * When configuring an LDAP Account Unit object in SmartConsole, clicking the "Fetch branches" button on the "Objects Management" tab does not populate the section "Branches in use".

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:

Check Point recommends to always upgrade to the most recent version.

1. Uninstall the current SmartConsole.
