## Symptoms

- * User cannot view the newly created Microsoft Intune group named **AZ_General_Users** in the **Manage Groups** list in the Harmony Mobile Dashboard.
* The group type is confirmed as **Security** in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
* Other Microsoft Intune groups are visible and synchronized, but the specific group is missing.
* No error logs are reported in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Intune.
* The customer cannot add the missing group to the endpoint policy.

## Cause

This behavior is by design. Harmony Mobile only imports and displays Microsoft Intune groups that contain at least one assigned and synchronized device.
The **AZ_General_Users** group does not have any devices assigned or synchronized. As a result, the dashboard does not import or display this group.
