## Symptoms

## Cause

IGMP Snooping and the Querier function are Layer 2 features, typically implemented on network switches or routers. Gaia OS supports IGMP for multicast routing at Layer 3 only. It does not support IGMP Snooping or Querier roles. This is by design, as Quantum Security Gateways operate at Layer 3.
