# sk184053 - Persistent validation warning in SmartConsole after deleting a rule with 'None' destination

## Symptoms

- * SmartConsole displays a persistent validation warning:  
  `"Access Rule contains an object of type 'None' in the Destinations column. This rule will never be matched."`
* The warning appears after deleting a rule with 'None' as the destination and reverting the policy.
* No visible rule in the policy matches the warning.

## Cause

A stale validation incident remained in the Security Management Server database after deleting a rule with 'None' as the destination. The management database did not automatically clean up after the rule deletion, resulting in a cosmetic warning with no functional impact.
