## Symptoms

- * After upgrade from R81.10.10 to R81.10.17, the gateway reverts back to the previous version.

* The gateway has more than 10K network objects configured.

* The issue may occur with an upgrade to any of the versions between R81.10.10 and R81.10.17, including the latest GA version.

## Cause

This is caused by a database issue if the user has more than 10K network objects configured.

## Solution

1. Connect to the command line on the Security Gateway.

2. If your default shell is Gaia Clish, then log in to the Expert mode:

   `expert`
3. Run this SQL query in Expert Mode:

`sqlcmd "DELETE FROM NetworkObject WHERE displayName LIKE '%...' AND name <> domainName;;"`
4. If IoT is not in use, disable it. Otherwise, keep IoT enabled.

5. Manually upgrade the gateway to the desired version.
