# sk184032 - Missing cpnano commands after deploying WAF agent on VMware

## Symptoms

- * After deploying the WAF agent, the terminal does not recognize `cpnano` commands.
* Running `cpnano -s` or `cpnano --info` retuens:   

      -bash: cpnano: command not found 

* Agent does not appear in CloudGuard WAF under connected or disconnected agents.

## Cause

Provisioning used an Open Virtual Appliance (OVA) image that did not include the Nano agent bundle or failed to execute its installation script during deployment.
