# sk184022 - Check Point 3000 appliance is stuck in a boot loop after selecting "ElasticXL" in the Gaia First Time Configuration Wizard

## Symptoms

- Check Point 3100, 3200, 3600, 3800 appliance is stuck in a boot loop in the scenario:

1. Installed the Gaia OS from a bootable device or restored to factory defaults.
2. Connected to Gaia Portal to start the Gaia First Time Configuration Wizard.
3. On the "Products" page selected "Unit is a part of a cluster" and selected "ElasticXL"  
   Example:

4. Completed the wizard and rebooted

## Cause

ElasticXL is not supported on the appliance models 3100, 3200, 3600, 3800.
