## Symptoms

- * Website does not load at all.
* No block errors appear from the browser extension.
* The website only loads when "Enable Network URL Filtering" is disabled in the **Network URL filtering** setting.
* Adding the URL to the exclusion list does not resolve the issue.

## Cause

Some websites use domain redirection or resolve to a different domain name than the one initially entered. URL filtering exclusions are based on **exact matches** to the resolved domain.
If the website redirects or resolves to a different domain, the exclusion will not apply, even if the original domain is added to the exclusion list. This results in continued blocking of the website.
