`DATE TIME,PID ERROR web_services.internal.TLSTrustedCaListUpdateSvcImpl [DefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-3]: Trusted CA's package data could not be loaded. The update would not be performed`

## Cause

The issue is caused by a combination of a failed upgrade to R82 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator Take 34 during scheduled maintenance and database integrity problems on the Quantum Smart-1 Cloud Security Management Server.
