# sk183930 - Some BGP Peers are stuck in the "ACTIVE" state after the reboot the SMO Security Group Member

## Symptoms

- BGP Peer(s) are stuck in the "ACTIVE" state after the reboot of the SMO Security Group Member.

## Cause

The RouteD daemon is up before the cluster has finished loading Virtual IP addresses.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:
