| Solution ID | sk183912 |
| Date Created | 2025-09-05 |

| Technical Level | Advanced |
| Products | Security Gateway |
| Versions | R81.10 (EOS), R81 (EOS) |

## Symptoms

- * Remote Access VPN client stalls at 47% during SAML authentication after Security Gateway upgrade, and the Single Sign-On (SSO) login page does not load or display correctly.

* This error message shows on the Endpoint Client:

`"An unexpected error has occurred. you may still be able to continue working normally. please retry accessing the web page in a short while."`

## Cause

After the upgrade, the line `"iked saml-vpn Priority1"` is missing in the *samlBlades.conf* file. This prevented the IKED process from initializing SAML authentication, causing login failures.

This solution requires authentication. Please log in to view the full solution.
