## Symptoms

- After installing Harmony Endpoint Security Client E88.32 on Windows 11 24H2 with the MEPP blade enabled, the device shows a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) when attempting to write data to a USB disk.

## Cause

Harmony Endpoint Security client version E88.32 does not support Windows 11 24H2. This incompatibility triggers system instability during USB Write operations.

## Solution

1. Verify Current Environment
   1. Confirm the OS build is Windows 11 24H2.
   2. Check the installed Endpoint client version via the client UI or management console.
2. Upgrade the Endpoint Security Client to Supported Version
   * Update the Endpoint client to version E88.40 or later, which supports Windows 11 24H2.
   * For the list of supported client versions, see [Harmony Endpoint EPMaaS Administration Guide](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Infinity_Portal/WebAdminGuides/EN/Harmony-Endpoint-Admin-Guide/Topics-Common-for-HEP/Supported-Operating-System-for-the-Client.htm).
