## Symptoms

- * The firewall blocks HTTP or HTTPS traffic.
* URL Filtering blade is active.
* Logs display the action reason: `"Block request as configured in engine settings of URL Filtering."`
* TCP Dump of traffic shows `"CONNECT /sdkTunnel HTTP/1.1"`
* Drop debug logs show: `fw_log_drop_ex: Packet proto=6 XX.XX.XX.XX:XXXX -> XX.XX.XX.XX:XXXX dropped by fwmultik_process_f2p_cookie_inner Reason: PSL Drop: WS`
* The issue persists even after applying the solution in sk170307.

## Cause

The client attempts to send traffic using a non-RFC compliant **CONNECT** request, which does not specify the required `server:port` pair. As a result, the system flags and blocks it.
