# sk183869 - After an upgrade of the HealthCheck Point, the report displays errors on the Maestro Orchestrator

## Symptoms

- * After an upgrade of the HealthCheck Point (HCP), the HCP report contains these errors:

  * maestro.json Configuration Sanity [ERROR]
  * smodb.json Configuration Sanity [ERROR]
  * Orchestrators kernel modules [ERROR]
  * Orchestrators SX API [ERROR]
  * Orchestrators ports link integrity [ERROR]

* The Linux command `#lsmod | grep sx_netdev` shows inconsistent results.

* Additional Observations:

  * Orchestrator SX APIs respond to REST requests when checked with the `#gaia_api status` command.
  * The `#lsmod | grep sx_core` command shows that Orchestrator kernel modules load successfully.
  * Port link integrity checks return no issues when tested.
  * No differences are found between the `/etc/smodb.json` and `/etc/maestro.json` files on the two Maestro Hyperscale Orchestrators (MHOs).

## Cause

The HCP test results are false negatives.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

Downgrade to a previous HCP version by following the instructions in [sk171436](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk171436).
