## Symptoms

- * After upgrading Quantum Spark Security Gateway firmware to R81.10.17, the WebUI does not show devices connected to tagged VLANs in the Assets list.

* Devices in tagged VLANs are confirmed to be present and communicating through the appliance.

* Devices in the native VLAN (same subnet as the bridge port) are the only ones listed as active.

## Cause

Starting from version R81.10.10, the Assets list includes only devices that:

* Are on the same subnet as the bridge port

* Have a directly assigned MAC address

Devices in tagged VLANs do not meet these criteria and are therefore excluded from the Assets list.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:

* [R81.10.17 Build 996004721](https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk183153)
