## Symptoms

- * The "`cpbackup_util`" utility crashes when a Gaia backup and a Gaia snapshot are created at the same time.

* The "`/var/log/dump/usermode/`" directory contains core dump files "`cpbackup_util.XXX.core.gz`" that were created when a backup and snapshot operations ran.

## Cause

Running two resource-intensive operations at the same time may cause process conflicts, resulting in `cpbackup_util` crash with a core dump file.
