# sk183832 - The "vsec_lic_cli" utility cannot distribute a license when there are duplicate entries of the license on the Security Management Server

## Symptoms

- The "`vsec_lic_cli`" (CloudGuard Network Central License) utility on the Management Server cannot distribute a license to the Security Gateway when there are duplicate entries of the license on the Management Server.

## Cause

Duplicate licenses that already exist in the Management Server's database cannot be attached to a Security Gateway because of the validation that enforces licenses' uniqueness.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

* [Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81.20](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R81.20/Default.htm) starting from Take 113
